DESCRIPTION:During 2019\, Freedom Area Historical Society will be celebrating our area’s founding families.  These are the families that have had a long history in the area and have made considerable impact on our community. \nJoin us in honoring the Tiedt family during May and June of 2019. \nThe Tiedt Family settled in the Center Area in the 1870’s and has been instrumental in helping Center grow into the community she has become. \nErwin & Linda Tiedt Wedding November 14\, 1936.\nCarlton & Lois Jean (Snell) Tiedt Wedding November 20\, 1954.\nMerle & Ruth (Tiedt) Wendt Wedding May 2\, 1953.\n  \n
